On October 1st, 2024 this marketing agency in Seattle will  be bringing to the public for the first time, "How the Ads Work". It has always been a personal goal of mine to log everything I've done outside of a LinkedIn profile while providing as much value as possible. The thing is, I spend so much time doing what I do, I always think that everyone knows what I know already or does what I do.  However, following my adventures helping companies expand into Asia and then recently working here in the US, I realized that even in 2024 people are still lost. Now, don't get me wrong- By the time this book is launched, it will be outdated, that's how machine learning works after all. Even so, the stories and strategies that you'll get to learn are timeless and will help you overcome any marketing obstacle without needing to overspend on an agency to do it.

In the subtitle of the book, we mention how the goal is to communicate strategies for how to create great ads using advancements in machine learning technology. However, an easier and more marketable way of saying this is, "How anyone can create high performing ads on Meta, Google, TikTok, or just about any other app addictive channel we can't get enough of.

The reason being is that these channels are all operated by an algorithm, which is now another version of the AI you know as ChatGPT. The algorithms goal is to deliver the the customer a great experience., make the advertiser money, but to never compromise the experience by always keep the advertiser accountable to creating great content. 

How is this done? That's what we'll cover here by starting with a history of how we got here, what it takes to build a great campaign, how to leverage programmatic advertising, and then what you need to measure effectively.

In addition, he's worked globally too as he was also the Chief Digital Officer of Lawson Staff from Matchbox Technologies, one of the most recognized names in Japan.

While I wrote this book as a love letter for my children, it's my hope that anyone working in marketing or advertising will be able to pick up "How the Ads Work" and be immediately equipped with enough information to bring their ideas to market while making their audience happy at the same time.

Very similar to a pocket book guide, my goal is for everyone to be able to learn the most basic fundamentals of marketing planning, how creative works, the process for publishing and performance measurement and then most importantly - a practical guide to how the algorithms work guiding the machine learning process.

So that if you have something of value to provide to you consumer, you'll have the most practical foundation for both today and in the future for how to deliver it.
