Ryan Aynz is a 20-year digital marketing veteran, 3-time agency founder, and award-winning Marketing Director who has built growth systems for some of the world’s most recognized brands.

 

Early in his career, he led digital strategy across global accounts at Ogilvy before moving into the world of marketing science at Nielsen, where he oversaw Marketing Mix Modeling and attribution leading up to the 2020 Tokyo Olympics.

It was there that Ryan pioneered new ways for marketers to understand how channels, algorithms, and buying signals shape customer behavior — long before the term “AI marketing” ever existed.

Today, Ryan is known for designing marketing systems that blend creative storytelling with machine learning, consolidating what used to require multiple agencies into a single, automated platform.

 

As the Marketing Director for leading CPG brands distributed in Costco, Whole Foods, and retailers nationwide, he has proven his approach at scale — helping brands reach millions of consumers while reducing wasted spend and accelerating profitable growth.

His philosophy is simple: if you understand how the ads work, you can work with AI operating all of your favorite marketing channels to have a role in directing the outcome.

 

Ryan teaches marketers how to use AI not as a buzzword, but as a practical utility — a tool to eliminate guesswork, streamline execution, and engineer repeatable sales growth.
